The pen is gorgeous. I got it for a Christmas present along with a few items from the shop that I was really looking forward to. After 5 mins of writing, this is the result. The pen is skipping and I cannot get a letter properly written. I can maybe get a word out if I angle it the right way but I shouldn’t have to for such an expensive product. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Do not buy this.

The pen didn’t write as smoothly as i hoped - the ink kept stopping as I was trying to write which is a shame because the pen itself is really beautiful.

I'm sorry your pen is being temperamental! Unfortunately gel pens can be prone to skipping, particularly if the refills have been sitting for a while. I've popped a link below to our pen troubleshooting guide which has a couple of tips on getting the ink flowing again. I hope this will help!

The pen is beautiful and I love the weight but the ink doesn’t flow well. It keeps sticking when I write- needing to be scribbled to make it flow again.
