What payments do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit & debit cards (via Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay (Australia only)
Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? For cancellations made before dispatch, we’ve got two options for you:

  • Full Store Credit: 100% of your order value ready to use anytime.
  • Refund: A 3.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please contact us ASAP after placing your order to make the switch so we can get it sorted. If your order has already been packed by the team then unfortunately we won't be able to make any changes, sorry!

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

We offer a first-order discount when you sign up for our emails, plus loyalty discounts for returning customers.

Any other discounts are event-based and will be sent out via our website newsletter, so keep an eye out!

I forgot to enter my discount code.

We’re so sorry, but we can’t apply discount codes after an order has been placed. As always, we do politely remind you to be super mindful when entering your codes!

Shipping and Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll see the final shipping price in checkout before you confirm your order. You can see estimates and more details here.

How long does shipping take?

Great question! Shipping times can vary, but for the most accurate estimate, check the Australia Post transit page for international parcels here and domestic parcels here.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide! 

If your country isn’t available at checkout, don’t worry! You can also shop via our Etsy store.

Do you offer express shipping?

We sure do!

Express shipping speeds up delivery, but just a heads-up—it doesn’t skip the queue in our packing process. We always ship orders in the order they arrive, but we’ll have yours on its way as quickly as possible!

I can’t find my order/shipping confirmation emails.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, have you checked your spam, junk, or promotions folder? Emails sure love to take detours!

Also, if you used PayPal or Afterpay, check the email linked to those payment methods. That’s where your confirmation might be hiding.

Still no luck? Send us a message with your order details, and we’ll resend it to you!

Customs charges—will I get one?

Every country has its own rules when it comes to customs and import fees. As noted in our shipping policy, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Not sure if your parcel will get hit with VAT or customs fees? Check with your local customs office or postal carrier for the most accurate info!

International Orders

If your tracking hasn't been updated in 30 days, get in touch, and we’ll investigate!

Before that, have you checked your tracking with your local carrier? Many countries transfer tracking to their domestic system. Find our international partners here.

Still worried? Contact us with your order number, and we’ll take a look.

Australian Orders

If it’s been two weeks with no tracking updates, your best bet is to contact AusPost first for the quickest answer.

If they can’t help and you need to call in the big guns (us), send us an email with  your order number and tracking details and we’ll take a look.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Your correct address

If your order is already in transit, you may need to contact your local carrier directly to request an address update. Please note that once the carrier updates it, we’re no longer liable for the parcel, as the original information will have been changed.

My item is incorrect/damaged. Help!

Oh no! That’s not the unboxing experience we wanted for you 😭

Please make sure to…

  • Take clear photos of the damage/shipping box/items
  • Pass along your order number

You won’t be able to attach photos to your inquiry form, but be ready to attach them to our response to you.

Can I add items to my order after placing it?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or add items, sorry!

How long will it take for my order to be packed?

Getting your goodies to you is our top priority! 

We aim to pack orders within 1-3 business days, but this can vary.

Busy periods: During collection launches, sales, or festive seasons, our team can get swamped with orders beyond our usual capacity. While our amazing packing team works as fast as they can, we may need a little extra time to handle all the love coming our way.

Rest assured, we’re on it!

If we do hit a speed bump in our packing times, we will be sure to update you via our email newsletter and our service updates page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If your item meets the criteria listed in our return policy, you’re welcome to send it back!

We don’t offer exchanges, sorry! If you’d like a different item, the best option is to return your order and place a new one.

Will my Kindle/E-Reader/Item fit in your sleeves?

All approved devices are listed on our E-Reader Sleeve and Book Sleeve product pages, but we always recommend checking the measurements against your items/devices to account for model and item sizing variations.

Is your journal paper fountain pen/marker friendly?

For journals with 160GSM paper, you should have minimal ghosting with most markers and pens.

That said, ink types and usage styles vary, so we can’t guarantee a completely ghost-free experience. The good news? The general consensus is yes, and you can find customer reviews confirming this on our product pages!

How do I care for my product?

We include product care details on each product page. If you don’t see any info for the item you’re interested in, send a message and we’ll do what we can to help!

Can I get a product in a different colour/size/design?

They come just as they are, sorry! If we expand our range, you'll be the first to know.

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

No, sorry! Our products come just as they are. But we love hearing your ideas for future designs, so feel free to share your thoughts with us!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can find them here. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the time of purchase.They will be sent to your email afterwards and will contain a unique code. We don’t provide any physical gift cards, sorry!

 Do you offer gift wrapping or add notes to orders?

Gift wrapping: We are so sorry but we don’t offer wrapping services at this time.

Gift notes: Yes! We can include a short note (30 words or less) with your order. Just pop it in the notes section at checkout.

Pricing & invoices: No invoices or pricing details are included inside the parcel (except for customs declarations on the shipping label for international orders).
