Care Instructions

Thankfully, taking care of teacups is very low maintenance and they last a long time if you follow a couple of simple steps. Please refer to the official care instructions below*.

*please note, our first shipment of designs including 'Stay Wild Moon Child', 'Underwater Wishes' & 'Star Gazer' have incorrect care labels printed on the bottom. For the correct guide, please see the amended care instructions supplied below, via the note provided in your order or in the products' descriptions on our website.

Cups with metallic detailing

Please hand wash. Not suitable for microwave, oven or dishwasher.

Solid colour ceramics with no metallic trimmings and detail

Can be used in the microwave, oven and dishwasher, however if you'd like to keep them looking pretty and new for a long time to come, please hand wash them.

Do you have Gift Cards available?

The product I want is out of stock

We're so sorry, it’s a crazy world out here! Just in case of any returns, please occasionally check back to see if any have popped back into stock. There may also be re-prints of your chosen design, so please sign up to the newsletter if you'd like to stay in the loop.

I've found a design on Instagram that isn't available on your website

The Quirky Cup Collective started as a hobby for owner Sydonie, and for many years she kept painted billions of unique and one-of-a-kind pieces that haven’t been printed. Keep an eye out though- some of them just might be in the future :)

Do you still accept hand painted commissions?

Yes! It just depends on how busy life is though. If you are interested in a commission piece, please shoot through an email to thequirkycupcollective@gmail.com!

Does The Quirky Cup Collective wholesale?

Yes, and also no. We are still very new, and currently working out the kinks of running a small business! Because of this, we're starting small and doing domestic wholesale only.

If you are a registered Australian business, please go to the wholesale contact form and let us know what you’re all about.
