USA Incoming Tariffs
Important Update for Our US Customers 🇺🇸
Starting May 2, 2025, the United States will be removing the $800 de minimis threshold for imports from China and Hong Kong. Although we design and send our goods from Australia, some of our goods are made in PRC, so we could be subject to the new de minimis policy.
This means some customers may now be required to pay additional taxes or customs duties upon receiving their orders.
Given the.... constant sporadic updates to the unfolding situation (👀), we don't know how permanent this is and insiders across the industry do expect the situation to improve. The tariffs might be here to stay but we expect the rate to lower.
We would like to politely mention and remind customers that...
-
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied—in line with our Shipping Policy.
-
These fees are not collected by our store; they are charged and processed by your local customs office and paid to your government.
-
For more information about shipping responsibilities, please review our Shipping & Returns page.
-
Before reaching out to us, we kindly ask that you consult your local customs office for clarification.
- We are actively working behind the scenes to find solutions where possible.
We know unexpected fees can be frustrating, and we’re doing our best to navigate this alongside you. Please prepare accordingly— nd as always, we appreciate your kindness and understanding.
