Hello! We are the Quirky Team. We currently based in Lonsdale SA, and work in an open plan warehouse that feels unexpectedly homey!? If you were to peek your head in, you’d find a space filled with plants and colour, tunes always playing in the background and a bunch of women who can’t stop yapping.
As the business grows, there will hopefully be opportunities to grow our beautiful team and we can’t wait to see who joins us next!
Current Openings
In-House Content Creator
📍 Lonsdale, South Australia
Part-Time (2–3 days/week to start) | Probation period: 3 months
Applications: Open until we find the right person.
This is an important role within the business, so strong social media/content creation experience is required. .
The Quirky Cup Collective is on the hunt for an in-house content creator to help share our dreamy world and share all the things in between. We’re talking behind-the-scenes chaos, product close-ups, viral ad content, and everything in between. If you live and breathe online culture (and have the screen-time stats to prove it), keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Filming and editing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads
- Scripting short-form content
- Jumping in front of the camera when needed
- Collaborating with our team to bring campaign and ideas to life
- Capturing our warehouse energy, launches, and behind-the-scenes magic
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of internet trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident using both cameras and phones to shoot content
- Skilled in editing for social platforms
- Has a keen eye for aesthetic AND knows when to ditch the polish for lo-fi magic
- Comfortable both following a brief and coming up with original ideas
- Understands and loves online culture
- Happy to jump in front of the lens as needed
- Genuinely interested in what we do—bonus points if you love books & stationery
- Have a great understanding of social media platforms and internet culture
- Understand trends, memes, humour, and how to use them well
- Have strong editing instincts and know what makes content engaging
- Are proactive, curious, and willing to research and learn
- Can balance creativity with strategy
- Are organised, adaptable, and happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Are low-key internet rotted (respectfully) and deeply understand online behaviour
Nice-to-Haves:
- Some experience with content creation for Meta Ads
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva pros, we see you)
- Familiarity with our brand voice and tone

The perfect applicant may have the potential to grow into a Marketing & Social Media Manage. Depending on your skillsets, you may have the opportunity to
- Go deeper into learning about content
- Learning about paid Advertising and structures
- Grow & adopt social media profiles/platforms.
