We’re currently experiencing longer packing times than usual after a very big recent release (thank you so much for the incredible support 🥹).

We’ve also just come off a holiday weekend and are working through a heatwave, so packing hours have been adjusted to keep our team safe.

We’re actively looking at bringing in extra help to get through orders as quickly as we can and expect it to take a couple of weeks for us to get through the current volume.
