Hello my lovely humans! Firstly, thank you for coming to read this page. It has everything you need to guarantee a smooth process and keeps our headaches to a minimum hehe. 

I can safely say that this is our most anticipated range of the year! The response to the collection as I have been making it has been so overwhelming and I am so proud to have created such a beautiful collection. After 6 months of hard work and sharing the process, I get to send all of these out for everyone else to enjoy. 

I hope you love Sugar & Spice as much as I do and I promise to keep you as updated as I can the entire way. 

POST RELEASE UPDATE

You guys really showed up to this release oh my god 😭. Thank you so much! I'm going to keep this brief, but naturally we've recieved a lot of orders and as much as I've been transparent about this I need to touch on it again. We could be packing our current orders for 2 weeks - and that's just what we've gotten within the hour. 

I sadly can't promise anyone Christmas shipping because of how long it will take us to pack these, but also combined with the shipping times for Christmas parcels as the system is getting busy.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Will there be a bundles with the other items? 

Yes! We will have a few product based bundles available but have kept it minimal to keep it simple for our packing team. We have also run into some hiccups with sending mixed item bundles overseas, so until we solve that problem bundles will be kept to a an absolute minimum. We want as many parcels as humanly possible to travel smoothly and without packing errors or transit delays :)

What's the difference between the Reading Companion And Reading Journal?

I now have some resources for this! You can watch the video here and read the blog post here :). But in summary....

Reading Journal: Large, lots of features and space. Great for avid readers!
Reading Companion: Smaller, less features and less space. Great for beginners, slower readers and as an extension to The Reading Journal when you run out of space. 

All of the features are listed on the products pages! Be sure to keep both pages open so you can swap between tabs and compare. 

Will my order come in time for Christmas?

If you're Australia, it is likely. But international? It is unlikely sorry! Our shipping cutoffs for Christmas fall around then and although I am sure the network is working extra hard to deliver, this release could be large for us and could take us anywhere from 1-3 weeks to pack depending on how launch goes. I know that may disappoint some people but I would always rather be honest and communicate it than make false promises 💕.

POPULAR FAQ & INFORMATION

'The price is different at checkout than it was showing in my cart?'

This is because the currency is displaying in Australian Dollars. Please know that you will only ever be charged in your local currency. We are based in Australia so our default currency is AUD which is why your cart might display in a higher price.  If your cart is displaying in a higher price, that is the AUD value but you will only ever be charged in your local currency (USD, EURO, Pounds etc). I hope this helps!

ORDERING INFO & TIPS

- The Sugar & Spice Collection will come off the website about an hour before release. This is when we start adding in the quantities into the system. They will go live at the specified launch time. 

- Please make sure you are signed up to our marketing/email newsletter. This isn't because I want to send you annoying emails lol, it's so that we can bulk email you guys with release order updates! If you aren't subscribed to emails then you won't receive the updates and could miss important info 

- Please check the saved addresses and email addresses you have on your account/apple pay/shop app before ordering. A lot of people have outdated addresses pre-saved, so to make sure your shipping and notifications roll out all groovy, make sure this info is correct :). 

- Please make sure your inbox has space so your notifications arrive to you! Also please check your spam/trash/promotion folders if you aren't seeing anything come into your inbox. 

PACKING ORDERS

This isn't everyone's first rodeo, but for those who are new around here we are a small team and work our hardest to get your orders out asap! We sincerely appreciate your patience during these big releases and we promise to pack as quickly and safely  as we can because we know how excited you are! 

- We are expecting this to be a large release! Depending on the success of the launch we could be packing orders anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering! 

- We will update you on this page about a day or two after the collection goes live with the order packing estimates; but we recommend you sign up to the newsletter so we can give you these updates directly. 

- Please know that Express Shipping is only for when the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier. Your parcel will move faster within the shipping network with express post, but it does not mean your order will be packed before everyone else's. We pack orders in numerical order to keep things nice and fair!

- Please be mindful of what you are ordering when you place your order. We can't add items into orders after they are placed and we are unable to combine two separate orders. You can cancel your order and place it again but please see the above paragraph about cancellation fees. 

- If you want to cancel your order after you place it we kindly ask that you consider these two things: Unfortunately we can't cancel orders we have already begun to process and any cancelled orders will incur a 3.5% cancellation fee. Please be mindful of your orders before you purchase, thank you 🙏🏼 

- If you have a discount code, please enter it mindfully. We can't add discount codes to orders once they are placed. 

- If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please email us with both your order number and the updated address in your first email to us. If your order has begun processing we will be unable to change your address and you will have to file a change off address with the shipping carrier. Please know that if you do enter an incorrect address and it is too late to change, we are not liable if your parcel does not arrive. 

- All customers/orders receive Order Confirmation & Shipping confirmation emails. If you can't find your confirmation emails, please do the following before contacting customer service. 

• Check the payment method you used. Was that Paypal/account attached to another email address? If yes or maybe, make sure to check that inbox or your apps to confirm the email. 
• If you entered the correct email address, make sure to check your promotions folder, junk/trash/deleted folder or your spam folders. 
• Is your inbox full? You might not be able to receive more emails.

If none of those worked? You may have spelled your email incorrectly or used a super old email that you forgot about. Or in rare cases, the email bounced haha.Please then use our contact form to contact customers service :).
