SERVICE UPDATES 2024/2025
Happy New Year! We are now back at work after a much needed break ✨
- We have a couple weeks worth of orders from the holidays to pack and get through. We promise to pack as swiftly as we can but kindly ask for patience to get them done.
- Canada Shipping is still unavailable to us after the strike. We are waiting for Auspost to resume shipping once Canada Post have stabilised their operations.
Current Shipping Times
If you placed an order while we were away, thank you so much ☺️. We had a lot of new people find us and we can't wait for you to get your goodies!
We just want to thank you in advance for your patience! Myself and the team took a couple weeks off over the Christmas and New Year break to recharge and we are now back fulfilling orders.
We were quite busy while we were away and have a lot of orders to get through! We estimate the current bunch of orders will take us roughly 2-2.5 weeks to get through, but the earlier you placed your order during our break, the earlier you will be in the queue.
We're a small team and we appreciate your kindness and understanding while we pack our tooshies off!
International Orders & Shipping
- The US is currently experiencing processing delays for all inbound mail. I can promise your parcel is safe if stuck on 'booked for flight' or 'processing through customs'. Please read the update here!
- Shipping to Italy: Parcels heading to Italy have been delayed due to a cyber attack on the Post Italiane operating systems. We aren't sure how long your parcel will be affected for, but we recommend getting in touch with Poste Italiane for further answers. Please read the update here!
- If your tracking is stuck on 'Flight Departed' or 'Booked for Flight', your parcel is waiting to clear customs in the destination country. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on where you live.
Express Shipping
Canada Shipping
- The most recent update is that Canada Post will be resuming work shortly.
- Our carrier Australia Post has not yet reopened shipping for Canada as they are waiting for Canada Post to clear their international backlog of parcels, while also making flight/shipping arrangements for the reopening of the network.
- Any current open Canada orders will given first packing priority when we return to work on the 6th of January.
- We will reopen the shipping option for Canada soon so customers can shop. We will be waiting for go ahead from Auspost before we do this.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Lost/Missing Parcels: We will only be able to investigate parcels that have not had a tracking even for over 1 month. Please also be sure to check for localised shipping information by checking your local carriers on this page

We're generally quite speedy but it can take us longer to process orders during release/holiday periods due to the higher volumes of orders.
- Updating Shipping Address: When emailing us please include your updated address and our order number so we can apply the changes asap. We will reply to confirm your address has been changed.
- Express shipping does not mean priority packing. All orders are packed in the chronological order they were placed. Express shipping for when the mail is with the postage company.
