International Orders & Shipping
- If your tracking is stuck on 'Flight Departed' or 'Booked for Flight', your parcel is waiting to clear customs in the destination country. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on where you live.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping gets your package moving faster, but we still pack orders in the order they come in, so it doesn’t bump your order to the front of the line sorry! This is mentioned in our shipping policy linked here!
IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Lost/Missing Parcels: We will only be able to investigate parcels that have not had a tracking even for over 1 month. Please also be sure to check for localised shipping information by checking your local carriers on this page

We're generally quite speedy but it can take us longer to process orders during release/holiday periods due to the higher volumes of orders.
- Updating Shipping Address: When emailing us please include your updated address and our order number so we can apply the changes asap. We will reply to confirm your address has been changed.
