honest to god. this planner is the perfect size. I was worried it may be a little small but it's not. it's perfect. the attention to detail, the meaningfulness in the prompts that it offers. like the letter to your future self. its very clear that a lot of time and thought went into this, not only does it SHOW but I also really appreciate that as the consumer.

I've been planning my life around moon cycles instead of months for a while now, and this dateless planner is just perfect for that because I can write the dates and info. I also love the theme of this year. There is magic in the mundane and everyday activities, because the magic is inside of us, and we can make magic happen wherever we are and whatever we do. Thank you Sydonie for this beautiful planner. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I'd have liked the cover to be shinier haha but that's just me. Oh, And it was so exciting to find that secret QR at the back. It made my night.
This planner is the aesthetic of my dreams<3 I got the dateless one in case I don’t stay consistent with it like I have in the past but it’s just too pretty not to use it everyday. I was so excited when I got the delivery notice. Little warning for US orders it doesn’t give you very good tracking updates throughout the process but I promise it’s coming! I loved the thank you note and my cats appreciated the packing peanuts. Thank you so much! And I’m very happy for the business move for you! I will absolutely continue to check for updates on anything new to order more!

If they did half stars I give this a 2.5, but I rounded up because the customer service team was very nice and responsive even if I didn't really get the solution I wanted. It's a beautiful planner and I was very excited to get it in the mail, but unfortunately my copy did come damaged. I talked to the quirky team and they gave me the option of 50% refunded to my original form of payment or 100% in store credit. I chose the store credit because I still do like the brand and want to buy from them again, but it does stink that if I wanted to get a new copy I would have to eat the cost of tariffs and shipping. However, I understand that this is a small business and it's probably not as easy for them to pay to ship new copies to replace damaged ones as it would be for a major corporation. Just hoping the team is a bit more diligent about checking for damage when they pack orders in the future! I think I'll still use the damaged planner because I don't want to pay for shipping and tariffs again but it does sour the experience to have to look at the dent in the edges every time I open it.
it's just as beautiful in person as I expected it to be, and I'm already fighting off the paralysis of "it's so beautiful how could I possibly write in it"

I love this planner! This is my second undated planner I have bought from the quirky cup collective and it is definitely my favorite planner, I’ve tried others and they were just never as good.
Nothing was done to address the fact that the item I received was entirely incorrect. Simply, I think I should have gotten what I paid for, but instead, I received a product I didn't want or love and lost money. The customer service and general lack of concern for any sort of correction has me honestly surprised and disappointed.

The gold on the front wore off really fast. I saw it starting to fade really fast (a month) so now open to ribbon without touching the gold. Despite this, it continues to fade. Perhaps you could put an indentation or tab so the consumer does not touch the gold.
Disappointing though the content etc is beyond amazing.
It took me a while to get the flow of having this and I'm still getting used to writing in it and using it daily, but I couldn't be happier. I'm sad that I don't have the lunar calendar, but I understand why it isn't there. 100/10 will be getting a new one next year
I live in Arizona and received my package SO FAST compared to what I have experienced with any other overseas retailer. My planner is exquisite and has been so so helpful!

I am seriously obsessed. As a person who has been navigating an ADHD diagnoses for more than 15 years, the undated planner is so helpful! Lots of space to doodle when the need arises, and I don’t feel guilty when I miss a day (or 5). I’m excited to fill the planner up, and to purchase many more over the years.
The planner is overall very lovely, however there are some slight issues I've had with it so far. While the planner is dateless, it seems like it was clearly adapted from the dated planner, because in the weekly/daily sections of each month the number of pages is inconsistent. Some months have space for 5 weeks while others only have space for 4 which is fine if you use it January to January but poses some problems if it is used in a shifted format. Overall though this is a fairly small issue and the planner is really lovely other than that and has loads of free space to really customize the planner to fit your needs.
