I recently purchased this book sleeve as I’ve been taking more books from the library and didn’t want them just being left in my bag. The item itself was lovely. Quality materials and make. What let my purchase and experience down was after all the hype emails my book sleeve arrives folded in half stuffed in a mailer bag. No tissue paper, no wee note and definitely no love. Ive sent it to my friend in the UK and she will love it and that's what matters most. Unfortunately my experience means I am unlikely to purchase again.
