How to Use

Warning It is our personal recommendation that you keep this pen in a safe place and avoid sharing it with others. We have first hand experience of the addictiveness of these pens and that they have a tendency to "disappear". As the famous saying goes, keep your friends close but your Pen-emies closer.

Pen Troubleshooting

What is a gel pen and how do I fix it when it's not working correctly?

Everything you need to know can be found here!

How to replace the Ink Cartridge

  1. Hold the gold tip of the pen (the nib end) and twist to open the pen casing.
  2. Remove your old cartridge and dispose.
  3. Pop in your new cartridge
  4. Screw the top back on!
  5. Ta daaaaa!

Ps. If that spring pops out, make sure it goes back into the bottom of the barrel (tail end) before you pop your new cartridge in.

Other Pen Cartridges

Our pens aren't specifically modelled after any popular brands, so we unfortunately don't have any other cartridge recommendations! You are more than welcome to search for one though :)

L'amour L'emporte Pen

Store owner replied: Hey Mariah, I’m sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your pen.  Unfortunately gel pens can be prone to skipping, particularly if the refills have been sitting for a while. I've popped a link below to our pen troubleshooting guide which has a couple of tips on getting the ink flowing again. I hope this will help!  Can I confirm if you've tried using your pen with multiple types of paper? Sometimes trying a few different types of paper can get the ball rolling.  https://thequirkycupcollective.com.au/blogs/news/what-the-heck-are-gel-pens If you're still having issues please contact Customer service. 🩷

Absolutely love the Antoinette collection! The design is gorgeous, and I’m so happy with my book journal, book sleeve, and matching pen. They coordinate beautifully with the Kindle accessories I already own—it makes me smile to have the whole set! The Quirky Cup Collective is my favorite shop for beautiful bookish goodies. 💕📚
