STOCKIST INFORMATION

Hello my lovely stockist! 
I’m so excited to have you join the Quirky Stockist family :). I also can’t wait for you to place your order! It's always so exciting getting something new in to share with your customers!
Below is an information section on placing wholesale orders and some of the things that you might be contacted about or need to know about. Generally it’s all cool and you might know this already, but please just have a read below so you know the situation. 
HOW TO ORDER
  • Log into your registered stockist account
  • Add your items to cart
  • Check out! Simple :). 

*Strictly do not use AfterPay. Your order will be cancelled or you will incur an additional fee of 10% to pay for the AfterPay fees. Sorry fam, but the fees are awful. 

*Paypal is fine, but if it's possible I do politely ask that you pay with your Debit or CC (the fees suck for PayPal too). 💕

INFORMATION

  • Your order will be sent out when the full balance is settled. 
  • Only items that The Quirky Cup Collection designs and makes are available for wholesale. You can find these items under the ‘Quirky’ section on the website. 
  • Order minimum is $500AUD for your first order and $300AUD for top ups. 
  • Selling on Etsy is strictly prohibited and selling TQCC items on the platform will result in account reporting and no further wholesale opportunities with The Quirky Cup Collective. 
  • As a stockist you have access to use any of my official Images for my Quirky products. Please save them directly from my website. 
  • You may have additional shipping charges requested after you place your order. This is because the website shipping prices are designed for small ecommerce packages. If your order is needing additional postage, we will contact you with an update to your invoice or a separate invoice for additional shipping charges. 
  • There is a 10kg weight limit per order. If you order goes over 10kg, it won’t be processed. However we can create a custom order for you with any quantities and weights, so please email us directly so we can do set a custom order up for you. Please be sure to send your exact quantities and product names. 
  • Your order may also have to be split into multiple shipments depending on your items. This could also change your shipping price, so we will contact you in case we need to add additional shipping onto your order. 
  • You orders will not be sent until additional shipping is paid, if additional shipping is required. 
  • Please check your items for faults when they arrive. Any faults are to bereported within 7 days of delivery. Please include images. 
  • In the unlikely case of product faults, you will either partially or fully refunded, OR credited for your next order. 
  • If your parcel arrives damaged and items are broken, water damaged or unspecified, please take photos of the items and box and send to us immediately. 
  • Please recycle your packaging :).
