All orders are packed with love & shipped from our home-based business in Adelaide, South Australia ♥.

Safe packaging

You can rest assured that we have gone to the utmost effort to make sure that your parcel reaches you safely. The teacups & saucers have been individually packaged and their boxes are specifically designed to hold them firmly in place. That box is then packed inside of another box with biodegradable packing peanuts that will absolutely make sure your order is packed snug & safe! 

 

Australian shipping

Free shipping for Australian Orders over $100, yay! 
 All Australian orders placed over $100 will receive free standard shipping.

Once you have placed you order you should receive an order confirmation email in your inbox. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please shoot us a message !
We will aim to pack your parcel asap and will send you a shipping confirmation and your tracking information as soon as it's ready. 
  • All parcels are sent with Australia Post and comes with tracking
  • Shipping times can vary for remote & rural locations.  
  • Please take into consideration that during launch or sale periods that your order might be slightly delayed. We are a small team and will do our absolute best to get your order out to you asap!

Customs & Import Duties
All customers are completely responsible for customs/duties and taxes. We are legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required. 
If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information.

- Returns -

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to complete the returns process. So if you have changed your mind or if you aren't satisfied with your product, please feel more than free to contact us so we can organise a return for you. For a smooth returns process, please read below. 

Terms

- The process must be initiated and shipped to us within 30 days of recieving your delivery.
Item/s must still have original packaging (teacup & saucer box) 
- Item/s must be in original condition. 
- The item/s must firstly be approved for return by us via the 
return form

Non-returnable items

- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale/Discounted items

How to return

1. Please send us an email with your order number, item/s you're returning and your reason for return. 
2. Once you have received a return confirmation email from us, please package your goods very delicately. You do not have to use the original shipping box, but teacups & saucers MUST be packed in their original packaging. Teacup boxes must be placed inside another box with cushioning firmly filling any empty spaces. 
3. Please label your parcel very clearly with the address below:

4. Post the return at your local post office or via a trusted courier service. 
5. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.
6. Once we have received your parcel we will send you an email notifying you of it's arrival.  

IMPORTANT

*Please read the information below regarding your return & refund*

- Under the conditions of Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
- We highly recommend sending the parcel with tracking and insurance for peace of mind. 
- Please hold on to any receipts or proof of postage until you have received confirmation that the returns process is complete.
- If the package does not reach us safely then we will not be able to complete the refund. 
-You will only be refunded for the cost of your items. We do not refund initial shipping charges for returned items. 

How soon will I get my refund?

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved then your refund will be processed. It will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES/SWAPS

Unfortunately we don't do exchanges or swaps, sorry! If you'd like another item instead of the one you received, please lodge it as a normal return. If approved then we will refund your money and you can place another order if you wish :). 

FAULTY ITEMS

First of all, we are SO sorry for any disappointment caused. Whether the item has faults or has arrived broken, we are truly sorry. Please send us an email with all the details so we can issue you with a refund asap. Please attach a picture of your faults to your email. We thank you for your patience ♥
