Release Information

Please read all of the following information before you place your orders. This information is here to make sure you are completely groovy with all the details  of the release and so it also make it easier for the Quirky team while we pack your orders. Please only ask questions if you can't find the answers you are looking for either here or on the product pages. 

INFORMATION

- Depending on the success of the Christmas release, we are expecting orders to take anywhere from 1-2.5 weeks to pack depending on where your order is in the queue. I politely ask that you remain patient with myself and my small quirky team. We work around the clock to pack your orders and get them out to you as quickly and safely as we can.

- If you need these by a certain date, please strongly consider the above information and check the transit times to your country before ordering. 

- Please subscribe to emails to receive important updates about order packing status', delays or problems that arise. Even if you place an order you won't get these emails unless you consent to marketing or signing up to the newsletter. 

- No ordering combining or changes sorry! My shipping system will not allow it and it makes things very confusing for the team :(. We do this to avoid mistakes when packing. 

- Orders are packed in the order they are placed. Express shipping is only for when the parcel is in transit with the shipping carrier & does not mean it is prioritised when packing. 

- Please visit the Australia Post website for delivery times to your country. 

- Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and is calculated based on the items that you order. 

- If your country isn't available in the shipping options, please let me know  so I can add a shipping option in for you. 

- It is the customers responsibility to remember to enter any discount codes upon checking out. If you forget to use a discount code for your order, unfortunately we can not apply a discount after an order has been processed.
