WOW, what a year huh!? It's been wild to say the least, and I truly hope you are faring okay. Thank you so much for your continued support during these wild times, and I hope my creations will be able to help lift your spirits in the upcoming festive season ahead :).

As you know, Christmas is upon us and because of COVID, things will be a little different this year, so please read the guide below for all the necessary info.

INTERNATIONAL CUT OFF DATES 

Standard Post - Australia Post (10-20 Business Days)

Express Post - Australia Post (7-15 Business Days)

*Please also note that because of COVID and the increased traffic due to BFCM, parcels could become delayed past their promised dates. It sucks, but we are all at the mercy of the postie gods! 

*PS. I tried to organise another faster shipping carrier for Christmas but it was SO expensive and ended up being similar to Auspost Express Shipping times but more expensive. 

DOMESTIC CUT OFF DATES 

Standard Post - Friday 11th December  
Express Post - Saturday 19th December

All parcels will be sent with Australia Post so you will have access to the Post Offices if mail is unable to be delivered. Please keep a watch on the Australia Post website for change in delivery times. If your parcel looks stuck, please call or message Australia Post with your tracking number :). 

 

COVID

DELAYED PARCELS

- Domestic Parcels are mostly processing as normal. Some parts of the Country can be slow due to social distance processing in mail centres. 
- Express Post isn't guaranteed Express but is still the most prioritised method for both International and Domestic mail. 
- ALL International parcels have the potential to be affected by up to six weeks (in some special cases, longer). Please read more detailed International information below. 
- A lot of parcels are not currently being scanned for shipping updates. Your parcel might look like it is stuck but the postal network is saving time by not scanning parcels, but they are still on their way. 

This is because aircraft is not flying at the same rate and Australia Post relies on passenger planes to transport their mail.

Pretty please be patient as there is currently nothing I can do to help or fix this (I wish I could, trust me). RESTRICTED COUNTRIES (currently not receiving mail) -  India, Puerto Rico, Lebanon, Cuba. 

Please check your countries status HERE before ordering. 

Some International Countries are currently not accepting International Parcels due to local government restrictions. If you are from one of these countries and place an order, I am able to hold your order for you until it is ready and safe to send :). If you are unsure about the status of your country, check here.

If you have any additional concerns, please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number to the customer service team. Please keep in mind that their systems are overwhelmed and the employees are doing their best to help you with your enquiries. Please exercise kindness and understanding with them too.

This little business is my world, and whether its through my art or products, my goal has always been to make you guys happy and keep things positive. I hope to get to continue to do that over the coming months. 

In the meantime I will try and work on positive solution but in the meantime, please remain patient, safe, positive, calm and considerate of others :).
