DELAYED PARCELS & COVID SHIPPING

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ

Please note that ALL INTERNATIONAL MAIL is currently delayed. You parcel may seem like it is stuck/processing in Australia, but it has arrived to your country and is waiting to be scanned so it can process through customs. This is happening for all of my international customers in all countries and is very much the new normal for international mail. I can confirm this is very normal for the current mail system and there is nothing to be majorly concerned about. I kindly ask for patience with your parcels as the postal workers are working hard amid pandemic conditions to get your mail to you. 

It is currently taking an average of 25 business days for mail to reach international customers, but some items are moving fast and some a taking longer. I can only open investigations once it has been 30 business days since the date of shipping. If you have any concerns about your parcels, please contact your national mail service or Australia Post with your tracking number. Only if there has been an attempted delivery or it has been 30 business days since the shipping date. please contact me via the email form on the website.

Standard Post - Australia Post (10-20 Business Days)
Express Post - Australia Post (7-15 Business Days)

* Please allow an additional 10 days on top of your due date for your International parcel to arrive. Once it has passed this date, we can open an investigation, but not before. 

OTHER INFO

- Domestic Parcels are mostly processing as normal. Some parts of the Country can be slower with processing and can change as the COVID situation changes.  

- Express Post isn't guaranteed Express but is still the most prioritised method for both International and Domestic mail. 

- A lot of parcels are not currently being scanned for shipping updates. Your parcel might look like it is stuck but the postal network is saving time by not scanning parcels, but they are still on their way. 

Pretty please be patient as there is currently nothing I can do to help or fix this (I wish I could, trust me). Some International Countries are currently not accepting International Parcels due to local government restrictions. If you are from one of these countries and place an order, I am able to hold your order for you until it is ready and safe to send :). If you are unsure about the status of your country, check here.

If you have any additional concerns, please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number to the customer service team. Please keep in mind that their systems are overwhelmed and the employees are doing their best to help you with your enquiries. Please exercise kindness and understanding with them too.

I hope to get to continue to do that over the coming months.
