Hello everyone! Thank you so much for your support in last Thursdays incredible launch of the Black Reading Journal Collection. It was my busiest launch in a long while and myself and the team are SO grateful 💕
As you can imagine, we have a whole heap of orders to get through and they are CHONKY! You really took this as an opportunity to grab all the things, huh!? Because we have a lot to to get through, we are predicting that as of today the current orders will probably carry us into early-mid next week.
We've made sure team is rostered and as always, they are packing your orders with speed and care :). We thank you for your patience and we can't wait to get your beautiful orders out to you.

COMMON READING JOURNAL QUESTIONS
Will there be a bundle with the other items?
Yes! There will be a bundle for The Reading Journal that will contain a pen, book sleeve, bookmark and Reading Journal.
Will you be restocking the other colours in the Reading Journal?
Not this time sorry!
Can we get a tour of the inside?
Absolutely! I will be uploading a specific tour to the Black Reading Journal soon, but in the meantime you can watch an oldie here. The inside of the currently available Reading Journals are all the same.
Is there a difference between Volumes?
No! I know I confuse everyone with the volume numbers on the spine, but this was done purely for aesthetic purposes and only signifies the sequence of colour. Green was first, blue second, wisteria third etc.

POPULAR FAQ & INFORMATION
'The price is different at checkout than it was showing in my cart?'
This is because the currency is displaying in Australian Dollars. Please know that you will only ever be charged in your local currency. We are based in Australia so our default currency is AUD which is why your cart might display in a higher price. If your cart is displaying in a higher price, that is the AUD value but you will only ever be charged in your local currency (USD, EURO, Pounds etc). I hope this helps!
ORDERING INFO & TIPS
- The Reading Journal will come off the website about an hour before release. This is when we start adding in the quantities into the system. They will go live at the specified launch time.
- Please make sure you are signed up to our marketing/email newsletter. This isn't because I want to send you annoying emails lol, it's so that we can bulk email you guys with release order updates! If you aren't subscribed to emails then you won't receive the updates and could miss important info
- Please check the saved addresses and email addresses you have on your account/apple pay/shop app before ordering. A lot of people have outdated addresses pre-saved, so to make sure your shipping and notifications roll out all groovy, make sure this info is correct :).
- Please make sure your inbox has space so your notifications arrive to you! Also please check your spam/trash/promotion folders if you aren't seeing anything come into your inbox.
PACKING ORDERS
This isn't everyone's first rodeo, but for those who are new around here we are a small team of 4 and work our hardest to get your orders out asap! We sincerely appreciate your patience during these big releases and we promise to pack as quickly and safely as we can because we know how excited you are!
- We will update you on this page about a day or two after the collection goes live with the order packing estimates; but we recommend you sign up to the newsletter so we can give you these updates directly.
- Please know that Express Shipping is only for when the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier. Your parcel will move faster within the shipping network with express post, but it does not mean your order will be packed before everyone else's. We pack orders in numerical order to keep things nice and fair!
- Please be mindful of what you are ordering when you place your order. We can add items into orders after they are placed, but we are unable to combine two separate orders so please be mindful when placing your orders.
- If you have a discount code, please enter it mindfully. We can't add discount codes to orders once they are placed.
- If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please email us with both your order number and the updated address in your first email to us. If your order has begun processing we will be unable to change your address and you will have to file a change off address with the shipping carrier. Please know that if you do enter an incorrect address and it is too late to change, we are not liable if your parcel does not arrive.
- All customers/orders receive Order Confirmation & Shipping confirmation emails. If you can't find your confirmation emails, please do the following before contacting customer service.
- Check the payment method you used. Was that Paypal/account attached to another email address? If yes or maybe, make sure to check that inbox or your apps to confirm the email.
- If you entered the correct email address, make sure to check your promotions folder, junk/trash/deleted folder or your spam folders.
- Is your inbox full? You might not be able to receive more emails.
If none of those worked? You may have spelled your email incorrectly or used a super old email that you forgot about. Or in rare cases, the email bounced haha.Please then use our contact form to contact customers service :).
