We’re a small (but mighty!) team, and our Birthday Sale (combined with Christmas) is our busiest time of year, so here’s everything you need to know before and after shopping.

UPDATE 28th Nov: We are still working through orders from our Birthday Sale! There were not only plenty of orders, but the orders themselves were HUGE! The orders are getting less chonky and we are making good time! We have a fully rostered team who are starting early and staying back late to get your orders packed. Thank you SO much for your patience while we work our tooshies off. 

Based on our modelling for order processing, please expect anywhere upto 3 weeks for your order to be packed. Not including time spent in transit. We will be doing our best to meet the shipping cutoffs for Christmas for each country, but orders are generally packed in sequential order. 

We kindly gave a heads up of this in our emails during the sale and on this release page prior to the release and during. If you have any issues or concerns, please email customer care with kindness.

To give your goodies the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please place your order by the dates below. Once parcels leave our warehouse, delivery times are out of our hands (and much to our disappointment, we can’t charm the postal gods with sweet treats).

The other week we had our Birthday Sale! This is our only sale of the year 🎂. We will not be having any further sales for Black Friday. 

📦 Packing & Shipping Times

• Please note: orders will take longer than usual to pack. We’re expecting all current orders to take 2-3 weeks to pack. We have a full team rostered, will be working extra hours and we've made changes in the warehouse for the best efficiency!

🚚 Shipping Info

• Please double-double-check your shipping address before checking out.
  If you’ve entered it incorrectly, email us ASAP with your order number and updated address in your email.

• We’re unable to make changes once your order has begun processing.

• We can’t combine multiple orders after purchase.

• We can’t add or remove items from an existing order.

• Please take a moment to read our full Shipping & Returns Policy before placing your order.
  
  

💌 Order & Email Issues

• If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please:

  • Check your junk or spam folders.

  • Make sure you’re checking the email address linked to your PayPal or Apple Pay account.

• Our checkout system may get a little cranky under the pressure, so if you run into any issues, just reach out.

• Double-charges: If you see this on your app-banking, please don't freak out about this! Double check to see if you have placed 2 orders (check emails) and if not, then this is a pre-authorisation with your bank. No extra funds have been taken and this should level out within a week or so! We promise. 

 

💸 Discounts & Codes

• Discount codes can’t be added or applied after checkout — please make sure your code is entered before completing your purchase.

• All sale prices are final while stock lasts.

 

🧚 Customer Service Response Time

• We’ll be receiving a high volume of messages during the sale period, so please allow extra time for a reply. 

• Our Customer Service business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-3:30pm ACDT. We don't reply on weekends, sorry!
• We’re always happy to help, so please be super nice to our customer service team!  They’re real humans doing their best and promise to help you with whatever problems or questions you have.
