UPDATE 10/12
We are currently packing preorders! Based on the volume of preorders this is going to take us approximately 2.5 weeks to complete packing all orders. This means for some Australians your parcels will not come in time and this was outlined in the preorder information below :). International customers should receive their planners sometime in January.
Please also keep in mind that the post system currently has a large backlog and all mail is moving slow. Please refer to our shipping page in the top header of the website for all the current shipping information before you contact me. Thanks so much for your patience!

2022 PLANNERS, JOURNAL & 2022 CALENDARS WILL NOT MAKE IT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA.
Even if you are in Australia, there is still no guarantee it will make it in time, so please do reconsider ordering if you are dead set on a Christmas delivery :(. These will be a January delivery for international customers, but should make it before the new year for Australians (pending backlogs & demand). Please check current shipping times so you are aware of how long it could take to get to your destination.
This is something that is completely beyond my control and I wish these items were arriving sooner. Just know that we will work hard to pack orders ASAP. As my apology and to make things a little sweeter, anyone who preorders the 2022 Planner, Calendars or Journals in the first week will be given an exclusive discount code for a future order.
ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
- Preorders will be kept open until the items arrive or until they are sold out.
- All of my available item quantities will be uploaded for preorders. If they sell out there will not be any extras available. 2022 Planners and Calendars are limited edition products and will not be reprinted.
- Preorder items will be sent out as soon as we have received all the products and packing materials. The current dates provided are subject to change but I will update the information pages with any new information if need be. (code: OUAT21) Please check this page for updates before making any enquiries.
- If you include any preorder items from the website in your order, your order will not be sent until all the items are here and ready to go. If you would like these items shipped separately you will have to place separate orders.
- Orders that don’t contain any preorder items will start to be dispatched immediately :).
- Your order will be packed in the order that it was placed. The sooner you place your order, the quicker it will be packed.
- Express shipping only guarantees an express service once it is in the mail system, it does not mean your parcel has priority packing.
- We always aim to pack orders as fast and efficiently as possible but please be patient during the Christmas period as we are a small team of 2-3 and can only manage so much.
- Strictly no order combining, sorry!
- If still available, preorder items will be available for general sale once they arrive.
- It is your complete responsibility to remember to enter any discount codes upon checking out. If you forget to use a discount code for your order, unfortunately we can not apply a discount after an order has been processed.
